From the renowned writer-director of the not-good 2013 Kristen Bell vehicle “The Lifeguard” comes “One Percent More Humid.” With a stacked cast including Juno Temple, Julia Garner, Alessandro NivolaMamoudou Athie, and Maggie Siff, “One Percent More Humid” could be interesting.
