While it might not have X-Men in the title, Fox‘s new Marvel series “The Gifted” likely won’t go long before teasing connections to the comic book pages. And hell, maybe the more comic inclined than I can decipher the clues in this trailer, which actually seems to promise a pretty good show. “X-Men” movie veteran Bryan Singer, Simon Kinberg, and Lauren Shuler Donner are the heavyweight producers behind this one, which seems have much better production values than Marvel efforts on ABC and Netflix.
